Researchpanel is Western Australia’s leading provider of sampling source and data collection and processing services. Our data centre is located in Perth’s central business district, and comprises a 40 seat CATI call centre, a central location viewing facility, data hosting platform, and a custom SQL panel and respondent management platform.

A CATI recruited stratified probability sampling panel of 12,000 highly profiled West Australians, engaged as an annualised study for the undertaking of web-based research studies.
An opt-in or quota sampling panel of 22,000 highly profiled West Australians, engaged for the undertaking of web-based research studies.
Quantitative data collection utilising Computer Aided Telephony Interviewing software (CATI).

Online Panels

Researchpanel has developed two distinct, West Australian, online panels; one quota based (Quota Panel) and the other a pre determined probability sampling panel aligned to ABS WA statistical division demographics. (Probability Sampling Panel)

Researchpanel focuses solely on Western Australian, and possess the largest regional and whole of state representative sample in the country. We are Western Australia’s only dedicated panel and sample source developer.

Online Surveys

Researchpanel deliver fast, efficient and cost effective online data collection. Our custom service offerings support complex sampling frames and market segmentation targeting, deliver real time performance tracking and analysis, and complete flexibility in research design.

Projects are delivered via end-to-end project managed solutions within an ISO 20252 quality assured framework.

Pulse Surveys

Pulse Surveys are conducted monthly and provide clients the ability to gain market insight at a fraction of the cost of undertaking a dedicated research study. Pulse Surveys combine client crafted custom research questions with aggregated respondent profiling data, and market demography overlays. Our Pulse Survey is packaged as a sponsorship offering, and is restricted to seven (7) clients annually.

CATI Surveys

Researchpanel possess Western Australia’s largest independent CAT. (Computer Aided Telephony Interviewing) facility. Our CATI centre is located in Perth’s CBD, comprising 40 interview stations, 10 overflow stations, 100 in-dial facilities, and 50 external VOIP enabled stations.

The facility conducts between 8,000 and 10,000 CATI interviews annually for clients throughout Australia. It is also utilised by Alinta, Western Australia’s gas utility, for back up and redundancy services.

Advertising Effectiveness

Researchpanel host a suite of software solutions utilised in the testing of advertising creation (Concept Testing), and effectiveness (Ad Tracking). Combining bespoke profiling technology and online panelist interactivity Researchpanel’s software solutions assist clients to align media messaging to both marketing segment and channel.

Media Optimisation

Media optimisation provides clients insight into marketing effectiveness and channel mix; utilisation of the hosted software provides clients the ability to plan channel activity and plot predictive returns (ROI) against multiple advertising spend scenarios.

Mystery Shopping

Researchpanel conduct an array of experiential studies ranging from face to face and intercept interviews, exit polling, website usability testing, call centre customer service and IVR observations, and branch mystery shopping.

Experiential studies capture real-life customer experiences, and provide insight into the impacts on purchasing intent and customer retention of the consumer touch points within your business.

Price Checking

Price checking provides clients a first mover advantage and the ability to maintain pricing and promotional competitive advantage. Researchpanel’s price checking service combines online, telephone and mystery visitation methodologies to deliver a holistic market appraisal of product price positioning.

Focus Group Facilitation

Researchpanel possess Western Australia’s only independent CBD focus group facility, combining viewing, IDI, and central location interviewing rooms into a single source qualitative research centre. Researchpanel offer focus group recruitment and respondent management services to assist clients in the execution of qualitative research studies.

Data Processing

At Researchpanel each project undertaken is managed by a dedicated Account Director, each of whom is skilled in the development of bivariate tables, descriptive statistical reporting and charting. Researchpanel’s data processing software module outputs to SPSS, PASW, Excel, and CSV, for projects requirements relating to conjoint analysis Researchpanel integrate with third party software providers.
